Advantus’ plumbing projects have included the upgrade of water heaters, and in 2016 Advantus was called upon to assist PPS in preparing for water quality sampling in all of their school buildings. Advantus is currently continuing design work on the upgrade of domestic water fixtures and filters at the school district’s buildings and facilities.

Advantus Engineers has provided various services to the David L. Lawrence Convention Center (DLCC) including on-call MEP engineering and sustainability consulting. In 2022-23, Advantus assisted the DLCC in its achievement of LEED v4.1 Operations + Maintenance Gold recertification. The DLCC and its outdoor spaces were featured in a USGBC+ article.
