Advantus served as the commissioning agent for this the tenant fit out of the 8th and 9th floors of 412 Boulevard of the Allies, located in Pittsburgh, PA. The building is owned by the City of Pittsburgh, the Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh, and the Housing Authority of the City of Pittsburgh. This 28,600 square foot office space achieved LEED v4 for Commercial Interiors Certified. The project pursued both Fundamental and Enhanced Commissioning.
