Advantus coordinated the LEED v4.1 O+M recertification process for the David L. Lawrence Convention Center.

The David L. Lawrence Convention Center achieved LEED v2009 Operations + Maintenance certification in 2012 and recertification in 2017. Advantus supported the Gold recertification for the DLCC under LEED v4.1 O+M in 2023, utilizing USGBC’s Arc performance platform. The recertification efforts included analyzing utility and waste data, administering a transportation and occupant satisfaction survey, evaluating indoor air quality, and completing an ASHRAE Level 2 energy audit.
