Advantus was the sustainability consultant and commissioning agent for the 26-story FNB Financial Center that achieved Gold under LEED v4 Building Design and Construction: Core and Shell. The FNB Financial Center is the first building to be constructed in the Lower Hill Redevelopment, which achieved a Gold rating as a LEED for Neighborhood Development Plan. The project used the frameworks of LEED Core and Shell and Neighborhood Development to create a sustainable and high-performing building.
