Advantus was the commissioning agent for this LEED Silver certified Core and Shell Project and for the subsequent Tenant Fit Out. This 110,000 square foot office building is located in the Strip District in Pittsburgh.

The owner of this facility recognized the importance of creating a green building for the community and its occupants. The Owner opted for fundamental commissioning for this Core and Shell project and Advantus was also retained as the commissioning agent for the tenant fit out for the majority of the building. Although the tenant fit out was not applying for LEED certification, the same process and steps were followed to allow for a thorough, “real life” testing protocol for both projects.
