The Sports & Exhibition Authority of Pittsburgh and Allegheny County (SEA) commissioned Stantec to perform annual facility condition assessments of Acrisure Stadium, PNC Park, and PPG Paints Arena. The objective of the assessments is to highlight current conditions at the facilities, identify necessary deferred maintenance deficiencies and system replacements, and provide recommendations with suggested priorities.

Advantus Engineers has partnered with Stantec as a subconsultant for this work since 2019. Advantus provides inspection services for mechanical, plumbing, and fire protection and collaborates with Stantec to develop the inspection report and recommendations.

Additionally, Advantus worked as a subconsultant for this scope of work from 2011-2016.
